PCB is in very bad conditions, not working and with rusty / broken components.
It looks like it was heavily hacked or reworked. EPROMs K8 and K9 on main board both have PIN18 bent out of the socket; they are joined together and joined with PIN10 of a 74LS175 chips. There is some other rewiring as well.
